I don't know if maybe it's just my unit, but it did not hold a charge well. I bought this based on the high reviews, and it didn't come close to meeting expectations.For the size it appears to hold a big charge, but it barely held a full bar on my iPhone.Also it was really difficult to unplug my charger cord from it. Felt like I had to almost break my cord to yank it from the charger.UPDATE: I'm changing my 1 star to 4 starsReason is right after I submitted my 1 star, I was immediately contacted by the seller to rectify my concerns. Although my current unit may not work well, the seller is sending me a replacement along with an additional gift (different charger). Haven't received yet but hoping the one I originally received was just a faulty one. She also took my concerns seriously, n I hope it leads to better R&D for their future products.I make a lot of purchases lol n I must say it's very rare for sellers to rectify any product concerns. The gesture was appreciated, n therefore even without receiving the new product I have adjusted my rating to something positive.FINAL UPDATE: update to 5 starsAfter I was contacted by the seller, she sent me a replacement that worked as I had expected. Turns out my original purchase was defective. Overall very appreciative of the follow up.

Update - January 2016: The replacement battery pack has functioned flawlessly in powering my Raspberry Pi project. I am very satisfied, and were it not for problems with the first unit, I would have put this down as a 5 star product.Update - December The manufacture has reached out with assurance of an immediate shipment of a working unit. The unit works, and there was no hassle about returning the broken unit, although I now need to find a local hazmat disposal site for the LI battery. I'll return upon verifying longevity, having added 3 stars for effort and provision of working unit.Original: Plugged the device right out of the box into a USB power supply per guidelines, and got an E8 code. A second and third power supply returned the same E8 code. Since the product comes with incomplete instruction, I can't figure out what the problem is. For so many glowing reviews, I would have figured that more people would have lowered the rating for lack of adequate documentation., In fact, this product bears a CE mark, and still presents with such poor documentation ... I have to question the CE registrar for this firm and their understanding of and capacity to ensure quality systems.The failure to provide thorough instructions, and a device that seemingly passed QC, but was delivered inoperable makes this a bad buy..

I decided to try international delivery to India. I thought this would be a good product, so the reviews suggested. I thought id be able to charge my phone atleast 4 times. None of those expectations were met. This product looks and feels good... however, the actual capacity is way less than advertised. I have barely been able to charge my phone thrice. It seems that this might be a defective piece.. as when the battery indicator reaches 38 , it starts dropping to rapidly and within 15 - 20 minutes charge is completely depleted, without having had a significant increase in charge of the device.Maybe its my unit thats faulty, but right now, sitting in India, I dont have much of a choice except to deal with it.

Was on a trip and stuck in the airport. My husband was so impressed I bought this battery charger. It was so useful and it has a very very long charge It is slightly on the heavy side but totally worth it

I actually really liked this battery pack. I was very satisfied with it for about a week and was actually going to write a very positive review. Then it suddenly stopped working and I now have to process a refund. I probably should give it 1 star given that it only lasted a week, but I honestly didn't hate the product. It stopped charging as a storage device and charging devices just staying on a solid 88 regardless of status, I left my phone using it for about an hour to maybe see if it was something temporary to no avail.

this is probably my 5th portable usb battery, I managed to lose all of the previous ones when I travel. This one by far is the most elegant and nice looking. It is heavy, but it is a big battery so not really a surprise there. I have only had to use this a few times to charge my phone and tablet and had no issues at all.
