I call this bouncy because the springs are not very stiff which I found kind of helps with plush aspect, there is firmness as I dont feel like I am sinking into the middle (we are not skinny people). Overall it was comfortable for the price.

I bought this mattress 1 month ago , I was nervous because I wasn’t able to try it out . The delivery was smooth . The box is very heavy . (To me lol) I opened it, layer it on the box spring ,cut the plastic and poof mattress. It’s so comfortable,it shapes your body as you move . The quality is great . It took about 2 weeks to get use to . For the price and the ease and comfort , I give it a big thumbs up .

I didn't like that it was in a box and under your description it was ready to use and this was not. 24 to 48 hours.

First off, I am a senior citizen with mobility issues. I had to pay extra money to have Amazon bring the bed upstairs. Let it be known that my entire experience with Amazon customer service was great! With that being said, I unpacked the bed and followed all directions manufacturer recommended. I did not sleep on bed for 4 days, (manufacturer recommended 2 days.) Unfortunately the bed was lob sided, it also had a huge lump that did not go down. I felt as if I was going to slide off bed. I am disabled and on a fixed income. I contacted Amazon customer service to report my issue. The service representative was very kind and helpful and even refunded the entire amount. Unfortunately, I had to pay my local trash services $75.00 to pick up bed and have it hauled away. Now I am currently sleeping on my couch until I find another bed I can afford. Hopefully this was a coincidence and it was just this one bed that had issues.

So Far so good. Only been a month but it is very comfortable. Took about 4 days to reach max thickness and had no bad smell.

I am happy I made the purchase. Had the bed for a couple months now and it's great.

Not a 12 inch mattress barley 10in I let it sit for 2 weeks and all I got was 10in complained they stated I had to returnIt’s good if you want a 10in mattress

I love this mattress! I've had back problems recently. Since getting this new mattress I've slept so comfortably. I feel better each day and I just know my pain will be eradicated now that I'm sleeping on a quality mattress as opposed to what I was sleeping on before. Great job Ashley!
