I bought these in 2020 and they're still working great! I was just coming back to buy more, as I like to have them in all rooms so I don't have to keep moving them around. The length and color is perfect.

Unfortunately, I'm not that impressed. To be fair, it's performed about as well as Apple's own cords... which means it worked fine for about 6 months, then gets finnicky. But that's a low bar to clear, and that's the real problem here... no one seems to make good charging cords anymore. These are no exception, though they are cheaper than Apple's, which is a plus.

Nice strong cord , very reasonable price.made for use from your charger to your item to be charged. They work fine.

Great quality for the price. Charge becomes a little inconsistent after a while though. But still a good item.

We have a lot of Apple products in our home and thus we need a lot of lightning cables. I bought the Xcentz iPhone Charger because I saw it on Amazon Lightning Deals and we needed a few extra lightning cables. It had a unique color and a reasonable price so I decided to give it a try. It has worked great!The cable is a braided nylon cover that is an appealing aqua blue color (please see the attached picture). It is a legitimate 6' in length. It fits all of our Apple devices ... no issues with compatibility.When I rate lightning cables there are two key criteria for me (1) does it get hot; and, (2) do to the connecters come loose. I have had cables that got hot when plugged in ... and proceeded to melt or scorch. Not only is that bad for your devices ... it can cause a fire. I have also had issue with lightning cables coming apart ... particularly the connector bending or breaking. I am pleased to report that the Xcentz iPhone Charger fully satisfies me on both of these key metrics. I have been using this cable for months now ... no heat ... no loose connectors.I am very pleased with my purchase of the Xcentz iPhone Charger. Five stars.

I was totally amazed when the iphone charging cables came because they arrived in a box that compared much like the ones my Waterford Crystal came in. It was one classy box and so you can tell that they are proud of their product. They claim that their cables have a life time warranty and that they are compatible with the use of an iPhone. I know many of you have an iPhone 8 and have already figured out that if it isn’t sold by apple it is not going to work with aniPhone 8. This cable appears to be well made and strong enough for a dog to chew on, although I don’t have a dog. Where it connects to the phone and the charging box the cable is reinforced. The entire cable is impressive and top of the line. However, when I first received my cables I was excited to use them and immediately my phone messaged me to say “device not compatible”with iPhone. My second cord was the same and that was confusing because all of it’s reviews were stellar. I contacted the company and no questions asked said they would send me out new cables. Figuring I had gotten just a bad batch of cables I even purchased two more plus I received the ones from the company in replacement for the two that didn’t work. The new cables all work well and charged quickly using a larger charging box. I am very happy to have found a cord that works and even happier with their customer service. They didn’t place blame just sent me out two more charging cables no questions asked. I would definitely buy from this company again. L Wise

These things work. Have had them for over a year and they’ve held up well. I use them 2-5 times a week and haven’t broken or failed to charge my devices. That’s all you need to know. Get them.

I have only had this charging cord a few days, and I will update my review if anything significant changes, but let me say that so far I am thrilled with it. The packaging was sturdy and aesthetically pleasing, the cord came looped neatly with a velcro tie around it to keep it together and to use in the future to store it neatly. The actual cord feels very sturdy and solid, and the colour is so, so pretty. The connection and plug ends are made of metal and polished to a very smooth finish that feels like the perfect mix of form and function, and there is a very satisfying “click” when you plug it into your phone. No issues at all with charging my iPhone, begins charging right away and seems to steadily charge the phone up. I have not yet tested the speed of charging, as I use the cord to charge my phone overnight on my bedside table. Another nice detail for those who are sensitive to electronic sounds and frequencies and may charge their devices near their beds like me: this cord makes no high-pitched electric sound! It is silent and that is so wonderful.Overall I am very satisfied with this cord; the price isn’t cheap but then again, the cord doesn’t feel or work cheap either. Definitely worth it if you’re sick of cheap cords that look nice but stop working or heat up super hot or are noisy or fall apart. Just get this one and be done with all that. :)

Here are the pros and cons of this product after testing this for a week.I had used the following devices to test this cable:- iPad Air 2- iPad Mini 4- iPod TouchPros:- Very sturdy charger cable- The ports on both sides are made of zinc alloy- The entire cable is nylon braided- The above 2 things ensure that the cable's quality never goes detrimental over a long period after repeated use/abuse of this product- This cable certifies to Apple's standards- Beautiful greenish blue color stands out and can be easily identified- Comes in a very beautiful package (the carton box is pretty hard) which makes it ideal for giving as a gift- The device charging time time is in comparison and very close to the charging cable which Apple provides- No overheating problems in the device as of nowCons:- None as of nowOverall, a very great product which I would definitely recommend.

I wasn't planning to review this other than I got tired of multiple emails begging for a review.First thing is the box this cable comes in. It's like trying to break into Fort Knox! I have mild osteoarthritis in my fingers and I had a hard time getting the box open, finally had to resort to scissors. Anyone with arthritic fingers - don't buy this! Really a plastic bag package couldn't have sufficed?The cable does work. It gets the job done and charges my iPhone. However, it's really fiddly to get it to work. I'm used to just plugging in my phone without too much effort. With this charger I plug into my phone and nothing happens. I wiggle it around a bit and push it harder and the charge light on my phone comes on and off. Until I find the sweet spot. And once I see the charge light come on I have to slightly elevate the cable to make sure it stays in there charging. This usually takes a few seconds, but there's been a couple of times it's taken half a minute or so to get it. In other words, don't just plug in your phone and assume it's charging. Look for the charging indicator to make sure it's working. Once I get the cable is in it's happy place, it does charge up my iPhone, so it does as expected but in a big roundabout way.I can live with it for the time being. I give it a just OK rating. The cable will charge a phone but the user has to put some effort into getting it done.

Pour une raison inconnue, mon iPad Air 2 ne rechargeait plus sa pile et un réparateur agréé Apple m'informe que cela coûtera plus de 120$ pour en installer une neuve. Il me suggère avant de procéder de m'acheter un câble et un bloc mural certifiés par Apple, ce que j'ai fait et cela a suffit pour que ma pile recommence à se recharger et mieux, plus rapidement . La bonne idée du technicien m'a fait économiser deux fois le prix que j'ai déboursé et je lui en suis reconnaissant.

UPDATE: I just received a replacement cable. It works great and the quality seems really good. I hope it lasts longer than a 4 months. The warranty process is difficult to find. You have to access it through your Amazon account orders and after several clicks you can get to the warranty request. I would suggest that Xcentz should make this process a lot simpler with a direct link to get to the warranty.I need warranty for my cables, but there is no explanation on how to get this. I am leaving this review as directed by the Amazon Support.Please contact me or provide some guidance on how to access this "Lifetime Warranty" so I can return these failed cables.
