Perfect carrier for me and my baby, here's why (lengthy, be warned):
I cannot be happier now that I finally found my ideal carrier. After so much research I realize that finding a perfect carrier is a very individual matter, so to help those who are still searching I will describe my particular circumstances. I am tall, 5'11", 125lbs, with wide bony hips, which did not go well with carriers that had a wide rigid belt (i.e. Lillebaby Complete), as they would dig or press too hard into my hips. At this point, the best carrier I had was a simple Infantino Mei Tai; its versatile and soft tails meant great adjustability and comfort, yet at the inconvenience of the long tails dragging during wrapping/un-wrapping. However, I wanted a carrier with face-forwarding capability, so I tried an Infantino Wrap and Tie (same inconvenience of long tails, very unergonomic face-forwarding) and a Lillebaby Complete (good quality, but belt was too rigid and face-forwarding was uncomfortable for both me and my 8 month old baby). A while ago I also had a Baby Bjorn but that's not even an option as once baby hits about 4 months they're just too heavy and hard on the back. After being dissatisfied with all those carriers, I decided to try the ergo 360 and if it didn't work I'd give up searching. I'm relieved I finally found the carrier that lets me enjoy all the joys of baby-wearing (I even discovered its "sleepy dust" when my baby fell asleep while on my back). Here's my personal break down of the qualities:Pros:- Incredibly comfortable (straps are padded but not super wide, so it's comfortable but not bulky)- Light (much lighter than the popular Lillebaby Complete, less bulky too)- The bucket seat is beautifully designed for comfort and makes it almost impossible to screw up a good ergonomic positioning of baby (great plus for people new to babywearing)- The belt is soft yet just as supportive as a traditional rigid padded belt (probably my most favorite feature as it perfectly adjusts to unique body shapes)- Forward facing really is ergonomic here (cannot say I feel the same for carriers like Beco Gemini and Lillebaby)- The switch to forward facing is fast and easy, no need to take the carrier off- The overall quality of the carrier, the sewing is top notchLess important pros:- Buttons (I found them neat, easy and sleek)- On each strap there's an elastic that keeps the extra strap length neatly coiled up (never seen this anywhere, awesome idea!)- Design (I personally think it's the coolest looking carrier on the market right now, but that's just me)Cons:-Velcro (yes, it's loud, everyone complains about it, but I have no problem dealing with it, the soft design of the belt makes up for it for me)- The belt is long (for a skinny person it reaches all the way around, but I didn't find it too annoying, if anything I know it'll fit anyone in my family)- Lack of extra pockets (Lillebaby had a great pocket for small things, the Ergo 360 has a small pocket for the hood, you may fit keys in it but that's about it)- Price (this is one of the most expensive soft structured carriers out there, but you do get what you pay for, it's high quality and a lot of work went into designing it)Overall, I don't even think about the cons, this is a perfect carrier for us. I've done all the different positions and they are all very comfortable for both me and my baby. I would highly recommend trying this carrier to anyone looking for their perfect carrier.

Great! Baby Loves to be Carried Face Out! Great Fit!
Great! My baby has never liked being carried face in. He loves being face out in this 360! Fits me, my husband and my nanny -- all of us with very different body shapes/sizes. Fully adjustable and comfy for my boy. Note that the velcro around the waist IS REALLY LOUD, as other reviewers have noted. It scares the pants off my kid every time. But, whatevs. It is what it is. I think the velcro helps everyone get a good fit around the waist with less work than adjusting the clip strap for a different body every time. It feels very secure and the sound isn't that big of a deal. Would definitely buy this carrier again! (Oh and I bought a drool cover for the top of this ($20) and that was a great idea! Highly recommend!)

Worth every penny! Wish I had it before baby #3
Amazing baby carrier, sad I didn't have a ergo until my third child but man is it a life saver. If you have other children it really helps you be able to keep hands free from the baby so you can deal with them. Love just going for walks in it also. My son's favorite position is forward facing out so he can see everything. He also loves riding on the back. Haven't tried the side position yet but I can honestly say its very comfortable any way you decided to wear it. It does come with the canopy cover for baby's head like the original which I like however I do wish it had at least one more pocket on the front of it for keys or phone. Also I love the Velcro strap but it dose snag if you are wearing a sweater or blousy material other than those few things it is the perfect carrier for any mom. Yes it is expensive but it's worth every penny! I have the green one and ordered it from Amazon which was a amazing experience and arrived fast.

Structurally wonderful carrier
This is my fourth baby carrier and so far my favorite. I have a Moby wrap, baby k'tan breeze, and the original Ergo. This carrier works really well with my 3.5 month old infant, and I think it and a Moby wrap are the only carriers a parent needs (Moby for newborn and this for older baby). My baby's legs are almost long enough to use this without the bum cushion that comes with the infant insert. (I could never get the insert system to work for me with the original Ergo. My baby's head would always fall forward onto my chest/his chest, and thus I couldn't maintain any "chin off chest positioning" and I didn't want to suffocate the little guy). So far I haven't had to use the infant burrito to achieve good neck positioning (the structure of this carrier is superior to the original Ergo in that regard for his current size), but the little bum/seat cushion has been helpful to keep his legs in proper froggy positioning until they are long enough. His legs are almost long enough to where the fabric of the carrier reaches only from knee to knee, so it won't be long now before I can use the carrier without the cushion. This is another improvement over the Ergo original, which has a wider piece of fabric and thus requires an older baby to be used comfortably. I also can't wait to try it with him facing out but his neck muscles aren't quite strong enough yet. Although I liked the Moby a lot once I figured out how to use it, he's getting too heavy now and it starts to hurt my back (and it was a pain to wear it all day and try to breastfeed in it). I can actually breastfeed in this carrier which is a revelation and has worked really well while we've been out for walks (baby cries if I try to breastfeed him in it when stationary). Positioning for breastfeeding is a little tricky so I'm still trying to get the hang of that. The only cons, as others have mentioned, are the Velcro on the hip band - it is not that easy to line up, and it is almost impossible to get the right tightness on the first try. And there is still a buckle to attach afterwards. The original Ergo had only a buckle which was a lot easier to put on and adjust a little, which I almost always do since it is hard to get it just right on the hips each time. Plus I'm dreading trying to use this while wearing some kind of a knit and have the Velcro catch and pull the knits out.The other con is that it is hot in hot weather. Much hotter than the original since the fabric is thicker. So far we've been able to deal with that by putting less clothes on baby, but both our tummies end up hot and sweaty in upper 70s weather. One last piece of advice, which I learned from my original Ergo. Once your baby gets to be about 6 months or is sitting up on his/her own, do try the carrier in the back position. It is so comfortable. It takes a little work to get used to putting it on, but after a short time I was so proficient that I could throw it on and slide baby to the back anywhere, not just on a bed or couch. Whenever I wore baby that way other moms would ask me how to do it, so I don't think enough people try it. To be clear, I haven't tried the back position with the 360 carrier yet, but the mechanics of getting it on are the same so I imagine it should work just as well.
