This works!!
When I first ordered this product I didn't take it daily. I had nerve damage from type 2 diabetes (Diabetic nephropathy (nephropatia diabetica), also known as Kimmelstiel-Wilson syndrome, or nodular diabetic glomerulosclerosis[1] and intercapillary glomerulonephritis, is a progressive kidney disease caused by angiopathy of capillaries in the kidney glomeruli. It is characterized by nephrotic syndrome and diffuse glomerulosclerosis (Wikipedia). I was in horrible pain and there seemed to be "nothing" (according to Western medical advise) I could do about the pain or even heal my kidneys. I started taking two KappArest capsules everyday. Well, guess what? within a month I'm much better and keep KappArest on my re-order file. The more I researched this product the more I was impressed. For your own answers you should Research: Biotics Research products and you'll start to understand their products and why they first started their own research and producing their line of products. I'm still having some kidney problems however, I'm much better and in no pain unless I forget to drink enough water. I would highly suggest this product to reduce swelling and pain instead of the regular over the counter products than damage your liver.

This works very well for me. Reduces my inflammation and soreness after strenuous exercise.
I have been using KappArest for 6 years and it works very well with my post-exercise recovery drink to reduce overall inflammation and helps me recover faster. It has also been beneficial in reducing the neuropathy in my heels and thumb joints.

I vouch for KappArest
First, let me say, if you have more severe pain, this is not your only choice. Probably use it in conjunction with some western meds.Second, I've had several quad tendons ruptured and an issue with my shoulder. I didn't want to stay on the opoids long, so my MD at a Wellness Center suggested 3am and 3pm. It works like a champ. I now just do 3pm, because there's not difference between once or twice a day for me. You need to take it daily for it to build up. It's not a magic pill that makes pain go away instantly like a nerve block, but it is one thing I will always take. And I don't put much into me besides food and water. Take it for a month and see how you feel. It's also pricey, so that's why I said that 3/day is plenty.

Didn’t work at all.
Would be great for colonoscopy prep. WOW, what diarrhea and I only started with one pill in the morning one at night. Didn’t get any sleep that night.

Life Changing!
Can not believe what a difference this hasn’t made! I have a pinched nerve in my back. Ibuprofen helps because it’s inflammation. I bought these thinking they prob wouldn’t work. I have met felt this good in over 5 years. And it has to be them. I haven’t changed anything else. Amazing product. Haven’t used ibuprofen since. Thank you!!!!

Best product for severe inflammation; worth the cost
First time I tried this product, and I'm sold. Only reason it's 4 stars is that I've only used it for a month, and want to give it more time before I rate it superb. I'm under treatment with a functional medicine doctor and registered dietician for systemic candida overgrowth. The treatment causes inflammation as the candida dies off. Everything was aching, and I didn't want to keep using naprosyn. My dietician suggested Using KappArest, 3 in the am and 3 in the pm worked! and I'm able to stop the naprosyn. I ran out and have been off for 2 weeks and I can really see the difference. The naprosyn still leaves me with the inflammed and achy feeling. Looking forward to getting back on it. It is expensive, but what's the price of living at your best. (I'm an RN, for full disclosure.... :)
