Easy to fit a 9 speed cassette
I bought this wheel to fit a 9 speed cassette and was a little apprehensive about how much faff this would involve. Turns out none at all. The wheel comes with one spacer, which I slotted onto the free hub before the cassette. The fit was tight (no movement at all in the sprockets) and required only some minor gear adjustments on the rear derailleur. I'm guessing the spacer would be needed with 9 or 10 speed, but not 11. The wheel is good quality as well.

Good reliable and fast wheel
I bought this wheel to replace one that had seized up on a Boardman bike I bought second handI’ve been really pleased with it. Runs really smoothly and quietly and coupled with some decent 28mm continental tyres it’s running pretty quickly too. 1000 or so miles so far over the last couple of months with no issues.I’ve fitted an 8 gear Shimano cassette with 32:11 cogs. Went on very easily with the appropriate tools.

99% Perfect
Perfectly true and rolls really well - ngl I was expecting to have to true it myself based on others' experience with buying wheels online but this was perfect. Also it was delivered Next Day so came really quick.Package included a QR axle and a spacer. My only gripe is the rim tape is ever so slightly off on one part of the rim so a tiny hole for the spoke is exposed - but not a big deal as covered it with gorilla tape.for £75 i think this was a bargain

Robust and good value
This wheel is one of the cheapest on the market. Quite honestly, I doubt you can get better value with any other make. The wheel spins really well and is really robust.

I cycle alot these are awsome wheels hard to find better very smooth quick and robust double walled strong with vents to let water out very well made great delivery was well looked after and comes from a great supplier I trust as I use my bike every day in all weather's thank you stay safe kind regards to all

Good quality & not aluminium!
Replacing an aluminium wheel which cracked as a result of one too many unseen potholes. Hope this steel rim will be better at absorbing unwelcome shocks (and for once I don't mean the sight of me in lycra).

A good value wheel
This Shimano rear wheel offers great value for money and gives good performance for everyday use. The hub accepta a wide range of gear cassette options - 8 to 11 speed.
