I bought three of these life saving devices! One of which I will be gifting my best friend at her baby shower in a few months. I have bought enough 3of these. I have one at my house one at my baby sitters house and one in my car. I obviously haven't used any of them and I hope I never have to but all 3 came on time and in an undamaged state. I enjoy the carrying case that keeps it all together so in an emergency I can just grab it. It give me comfortable just knowing that I have it and it might help save my kids life one day. take peace in knowing that i have something for a last ditch effort and that if I ever needed it as a last resort it would be just that. Never had to use it but we feel safer having it nearby. Gives us piece of mind as our baby is on the move and starting solids. Very portable to bring with you if needed. I choke on food a lot due to having a webbed esophagus. I haven't had to use this yet, but I take it with me everywhere...to work, out to dinner, in the car...anywhere I might be eating something. I've had a couple of really close calls that scared me enough to buy one of these. It gives me peace of mind that if I do choke, someone will be able to rescue me and not have to wait for an ambulance or EMTs to get there.
