Great for immunity, tastes metallic
I love this liquid form of zinc, i put a teaspoon in fresh grapefruit juice and hot water if I'm feeling a bit unwell with a flu type virus and it seems to really help me fight off the symptoms. Quercetin apparently helps zinc absorption and I found that taking a capsule of that is a helpful addition (blackberries apparently have quercitin in too). This liquid tastes a bit metallic but a strong juice flavour actually tastes ok with it. I like that i can easily adjust how much I have unlike capsules. Definitely recommended for a short term boost for the system.
