I purchased this because of other reviews
I was hoping it would be OK for the Rok Espresso portafilter which is 50mm reviews said it fit nicely it's too small but is usable and a third of the price of the Rok tamper that's 49.7mm, 49.7mm is very difficult to find at this price point.

Correct fit for my espresso machine
I had a 52mm tamper but it didn't fit the basket - this is fine. Really solid, easy to use.

51mm is NOT 49mm....
It's the wrong size. 51.1mm measured by caliper, utterly useless therefore.No precision here, save your money.

Way too heavy
I bought this for my 85 year old mom so she could make her espresso. The tamper is so heavy she can't even use it. Wanted to return it but it's $13 to return it and it cost $21 so not worth the trouble of returning it. Money down the drain .. too bad .. it had potential

Really a 49 mm Tamper
After ordering two other tampers that were supposed to be 49 mm but turned out to be 51 mm, this tamper finally matched item description!
