The macbook charger stopped working within 3 weeks of delivery i.e. it stopped charging/ working. I would request a replacement for the same. It just stopped charging even it was plugged in. It was charging and after some time I realised its not working. After removing and trying again, I realised the charger just stopped just like that. I would request a replacement, since its not even a month since purchase and is obviously a defective product.

Product stopped working after few days or should i say one month but at service centre they changed it instantly

I purchased this Artis 45W Magsafe 2 charger in Dec 2024 for my MacBook Air. Within just 4 months, I’ve had to get 3–4 replacements because each unit either stopped charging, overheated, or had loose connections. Even the sealed replacement brought to my home recently was faulty out of the box.What’s worse is the mental stress and time wasted visiting service centers repeatedly. When I contacted their Pune service center, they mocked me after asking how much the original Apple charger costs — a completely unprofessional and disappointing experience.Though it comes with a warranty, this warranty only gives you another faulty product. I’ve now had to request a full refund because my MacBook’s health is at risk from using such unstable chargers.⚠️ Please think twice before buying — the peace of mind is just not worth the cost savings.

I bought the Artis AR-60W-MG2 charger for my early 2015 MacBook Pro Retina, but unfortunately, it stopped working within a week—the connector overheated badly, and the charging stopped completely. However, I must mention that the Artis service center at Nehru Place handled it very professionally. Mr. Rajvir immediately on the same day of my complaint replaced the faulty unit with a new one without any hassle. Appreciate the quick response and support. Thanks artis.

The charger is working really well for my laptop. I had a small issue in the beginning and contacted the company with the same. They offered instant replacement of the charger and requested me to send my laptop along with to make sure they check the new replaced once before sending it back. On checkup, it was found that a small staple pin had stuck to laptop's magnetic charging port which was preventing any charger to charge it.SO great team, instant response. All went well with me and their charger is working fine and fully compatible with my MacBook Air 13" 2014 model.

I recently bought artis 45w charges after 3 days it stopped charging along with it pin of charger becomes heated while switch on , very bad experience , no option of return this product or exchange no near by service center
