The photography and the beauty make this a magnificent coffee table book. Love it.

I bought this for my son in law for a Christmas present. It was promised for delivery December 21, it just arrived January 14. I did not receive an answer from the vendor. I won't buy from them again.

I had such high hopes for this book; the cover photo is one of my absolute all time favorites. Can you imagine being on that schooner? She is smoking along in virtual flat water and what a grand sight. Unfortunately the book is laid out so many of the photos are spread over two pages and that just won't do for these sorts of photos. Too much gets lost in the gutter -- that valley between the two pages. I love Beken of Cowes photos, books, cards, calendars (particularly those of classic boats) but this, while very reasonably priced, is not one of the their best. Alas.

My brother and his wife are accomplished sailors. They said theBooks are so awesome.
