Very sharp
A very sharp knife for cutting butter from the fridge or cutting cheese, recommended.

Works okay
Not the greatest knife ever but it's not expensive either. It's stamped and has a cheap plastic hand but seems decent in quality. The concept is simple, reduce sticking by removing surface area when cutting cheese. This works reasonably well and any other knife with the same design should work too. Let's face it there's never going to be a perfect soft cheese knife. Having a super sharp blade isn't a must for cutting camembert and brie and oddly Victorninox have gone for a serrated blade on this one.
