Needed for placement of logs in a smokeless fire pit where it was tricky to just use hands. Very solid build.

Awkward and heavy to handle. Good for outdoor fires but a bit too long for an indoor fireplace.

Sturdy and good at picking things up, the only downside is the heavy metal and long reach put a lot of pressure on your hand and the narrow grips dig in uncomfortably.

Being a rebel I use these inside, mostly for picking up flaming bits that have jumped out of the fire basket.As someone who has a health respect for fire I’ve found these really used.They are well made, they don’t stick, they are sturdy (it’s really going to take some welly to trash them). Not cheaply made.

The tongs are ok but if you have a larger log it is very difficult to manage and manoeuvre this makes it heavier. It sort of does the job and prevents you burning your hands.

Die Zange ist stabil und kann Holz-Scheite von sehr variabler Grösse gut und griffig halten. Sie hat die richtige Grösse: wäre sie kleiner müsste man zu nah ans Feuer, wäre sie grösser, wäre der Hebel bei grösseren Holz-Scheite zu schwer, um sie noch gut halten zu können. Die Holz-Scheite bleiben fest im Griff. Die Zange ist stabil und verdreht sich dadurch auch nicht unter Last. Bei der Wärmeleitung ist mir nichts negatives oder unangenehmes aufgefallen, der Griff wurde nie heiss. Sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis!

molto comoda e pratica nell utilizzo reale della( Forbiciona). La chiamo cosi perché ha l aspetto di una forbice ma in realtà e molto comoda per spostare i pezzi di brace e legna all interno del camino ottimo prodotto maneggevole robusta ed il prezzo più che corretto

la pince en elle-même est pratique, facile à prendre en main (forme ciseaux), et l'articulation permet réellement de placer des bûches de toutes tailles. Très, très satisfaite d'un achat que je recommande
