Definitely worth it!
Totally satisfied with this 00 Flour! It’s unreal on how much better our homemade pasta turned out. It was incredible! Noticeable difference in how the dough rolled out and the elasticity of the pasta. This is our new favorite!

Let's face it, buying Italian flour in the USA is expensive so it had better be worth it. After spending three months doing an intensive professional training course in Italian cuisine in Italy I returned eager to find specific Italian food products to continue my cooking. This flour makes absolutely wonderful pasta.

Great flour for fresh pasta
Watched a video of Eva Longoria udon this flour to make fresh pasta. Decided to try it and so glad I did.Best pasta I have ever made.

Great flour For pastor
1st time I've used this product. Using a kitchen aid roller. Absolutely wonderful. Process great. Best robbery always I've ever made. The flower made perfect texture for rolling

Product arrived open
When I opened the outer shipping bag, there was flour all over. The original packaging had been opened and placed in another plastic bag that was also opened. It was unusuable, and I am told that I can not request a refund.

The flour worked well for making pasta. Not exactly the same as the one used in Florence, but good.
