Q: Will this heater come back on and heat if the power is interrupted?

Yes it actually happened the other day. It came back on

Q: If i have this heater at "on" position and i unplug and pluv this heater back on does it turn on by itself or i have to press on button again?

Never unplug a high wattage or amperage electrical device while it is operating. That is bad and unsafe practice, which is why the manufacturer provided the power switch in the first place. There is a possible shock and/or burn hazard to the operator, and also possible damage to the electrical receptacle. The only time such behavior would be allowable is if the unit was arcing or on fire, or the power switch was inoperable, in which case that would be acceptable. The other choice would be to turn off the circuit breaker or unscrew the fuse if it was nearby (within sight of the heater).

Q: How far away can the breeze be felt ?

Seems to work best fairly close...3-4 feet. Having it on a short stool helps to cover the entire body with warmth. Further away works, but takes a few minutes to provide warmth. I use this at my computer desk.

Q: How will it work in a grow tent and can I plug it into a programmable thermostat?

Should work well. Most temperature controllers (programmable thermostat with outlet) won't handle more than 1000 watts, so you would need to keep it on the low setting which is 750 wats and more than enough.
