The 24' brush is light weight and easy to extend or collapse. Cleans the solar panels with ease mostly from the safety on the ground. I recommend this product.

I purchased this to clean my solar panels. I live in the central valley in California where we have a ton of almond orchards which obviously create a lot of dust during harvest. The tool itself is lightweight and easy to extend. The brush is soft and has an adequate width. The water jets shoot a good amount of water. The pole extension locks stay put. The pole is a bit flimsy and tends to bounce around a bit while scrubbing. Retraction of the pole is awkward, as the tubing binds up inside the pole, so you basically need to pull the tube to retract the pole. The squeegee is hard to keep in place and wants to turn and rotate. Maybe just need to learn to use it better. Will update after a few uses. Over all a good product.

After unpacking the pole and other small box, I noticed NO instructions for putting the squeegee together. Then I realized that I am missing some of the hardware. I should have purchased the pole and brush only. The squeegee is useless.

Bought this to wash second floor windows, vinyl siding and gutters. Works as advertised. Surprisingly sturdy when fully extended. The water flow made it much easier and quicker to wash large surfaces. Would definitely recommend.

I used it for the first cleaning on panels that had been installed for 3 years.The real issue I have is that the water tubing is to soft. When attempting to retract the sections the tubing would bunch up inside the pole so that you may have to have 2 people. One to pull on the tubing while the other does the retraction. One person can not reach both at the same time. I solved the problem by replacing the tubing with water softener tubing of the same size. The harder tubing make it perfect and easy for one person to use.Other than the tubing it is a great tool for cleaning solar panels.

I really wish I would have taken a picture of my husband attempting to use this device to clean our windows! Or better yet a video for laughs! I finally told him to just stop and we packaged it up and sent it back. This device is hard to use, you need two people to use it as one has to turn the water on and off, while the other one tries to control the wand! The squeegee kept twisting, there is nothing to dry the window with so water remains on the window, you can't add any cleaners (only hook up to hose), etc. Not anything that will work for a clean window and certainly not for only one person to try to control!
