Nicely heavy weight but rather smaller than I expected.. Fitting a decent size T-Bone is a struggle on it, but trimmed cut of Ribeye, no problem.... The cast iron really holds it's heat !! Really night and day over the aluminum ones I had been using... I give it 4 out of 5 thumbs up, the 1 thumb down being less versatile due to size...

Works to expectation. Cleans easy. I have lodge cast iron too and quality is compatible. So far so good

Totally worth it
Holds the heat really well. Two fit side by side in an Ooni pizza oven so I use them for 900* steaks, etc. they have a nom-stick surface and haven’t had them long enough to gauge durability. But have already bought a second set

Feels like cooking top restaurant quality food.
Everytime i cook a steak on this. It comes out amazing with grilled marks on it. It also hold it heat very well so it all cooks even. The detachable grabbing handle had to be the best feature for this.

Supplier does not respond to questions
The instructions on how to season the platters is confusing. States to rub off the coating prior to placing on in hot ovrn to create patene. How difficult is it to remove the coating? Asked for clarification on this process and 2 weeks after sending question no reply. I am returning these.Others have also had problems in the same area.
