The 12 Cookoo clocks I ordered for my kids were all perfect. The Black Forest is beautiful and these masterpieces are so beautifully built, too with lots of attention to detail. Merry Christmas kiddoes‼️. I can’t wait‼️. Gonna order a surprise clock for my German husband! Shhhhhhhh. Eileen

It is a beautiful clock but not as pictured, in the picture it has Three weights It actually only has two also the echo is to loud almost as loud as the cuckoo so at 2 you hear four and at twelve you will hear Twenty four cuckoo's.

I love my cuckoo clock! It is my joy when the little bird comes out and cuckoos! It is a very nice addition to the guest bedroom, although I have to turn it off when someone sleeps in the room! I turn it right back when they leave.🥰

I love my clock and it looks fantastic on my wall. I am having trouble setting the ringing time to the right time. I have tried everything that the manual stated to reset ring time, but the clock always rings 10 minutes pass the hour. What can I do to correct this problem. I would hate to have to return my clock, but I want it to ring on the hour not pass the hour

The clock I ordered was a fine piece of art. It was a gift for my wife for our 39 wedding anniversary and she had no idea she was getting a cuckoo clock for a gift. She loves it and for several days she would run to see the dancers and wood chopper etc as they worked. If you want a great gift, think of the different cuckoo clocks from the Black Forest.
