This is exactly as advertised. Word of caution: I have found that the Weber covers wear out faster than the no-name covers (especially in cold climates), but they fit better and look better.

I received exactly what I wanted. The cover fits perfectly my genesis gold which has a lateral burner.

The old cover (original equipment) lasted about 7-8 years. I had to replace it because it cracked and shrank to the point of non-use. After reading the online reviews of similar folks who had to replace their grill cover, I found shrinkage, cracking, and splinting common complaints. The old cover now serves as a cover for my father-in-laws push mower. Not an exact fit obviously, but useful in its after life just the same.The new cover is well made, having the same Weber logo and venting mesh built in the original. Out of the box, the cover feels like durable, rubberized vinyl, rubbery and water repellent on the outside and matting material on the inside. Installation was easy. The cover fit right over the grill, dropping to the bottom without a lot of unnecessary adjustment. After installation, I noticed Velcro fasteners at the bottom ends of the cover. The added feature ensures the cover stays in place during storms and over the winter. I use this cover year round for protecting my Weber silver series grill from the elements. Looking forward to years of continued use of the grill and cover.Over all rating 5 stars. No complaints. The product arrived within the time specified in the on-line promotion.
