Good basic printer
A good basic printer at a cheap price. Easy to set up and quite compact which is useful if you have limited space. HP is a well known brand so the build quality is fine and the printer is quite light so easy to move around. Reasonable print quality but rather slow. This printer is good for occasional use and for a few sheets at a time, but not really suitable for heavy frequent use.

Excellent value for money
The package arrived before it's scheduled date, well packaged, easy to install, printing quality is brilliant. I did have a slight problem as it wasn't very clear where the paper tray was, but a bit of poking and prodding and I found it, not where I expected it, but it works. I've used it for printing some letters, some sticky address labels, DVD labels and printed a picture on 160 gramme paper (almost card thickness). The little machine has managed them all. It's quite small in size which is the main reason I bought it as my office desk is cluttered enough as it is, so all additional space is really welcomed.

Does what it says on the tin.
Small desktop footprint, although this is extended by pull out paper trays during use. Good print quality thus far - I've only printed a dozen pages including one photograph on glossy photo paper. Not the fastest printer but it's ok, and it's pretty quiet.I'm starting with the free "instant Ink" package which allows up to 11 pages per month. My first pair of cartridges came a couple of days after initial setup and registration although I'm still using the low volume get-you-started cartridges that came with the printer. The cartridges are easier to fit than in my previous HP printer and print quality is fine. Beware! Eventually, HP will probably cease making the required cartridges and the printer will not recognise second-source or re-inked cartridges, so the printer will become unusable. The printer was easy to set up and is recognised by all devices on my home WIFI network. All functions are simple and intuitive to operate (although it took me a couple of minutes to figure out where to insert a page to be copied or scanned - they feed through the very top of the printer, from the front and face down). You can't scan or copy a page in a book because it wont go through the scanner.Within the limitations that I've mentioned, this is a good little printer at a competitive price.

It is what it is...
The product itself is a value printer from HP.I did have struggles initially setting the machine up as I believe there was a mix up in the country configuration. Despite this, the company swiftly contacted me to resolve this issue and I respect the allot for this. I believe the issue was from HP and not this distributor. The printer itself is great for a basic home printer and for the price, it is reasonable. It didn’t print up to 7 pages a minute for us but if printing time is no issue it’s a good option. The company providing this has great customer service though so if this is not the printer for you, have a look at some of the higher grade printers.Thank you 🙏🏼

Absolutely useless
Note: you have to have a subscription to use this printer, a little fact I managed to miss when purchasing.Don't waste your time on this printer, it's horrible to set up, keeps disconnecting, after few pages I'm unable to print anything without spending HOURS on changing the settings, fixing alignments etcAll that just to have an extremely bad quality print which is just unreadable.Attached photo is a perfect example of how the prints looked 90% of time. After last attempt to make it work I just gave up.More than wasted money I regret wasted hours on trying to fix it, hours of absolute frustration.Don't do it to yourself, just get something else.

Great little printer
Needed a new home printer, as my current one jammed and I was interviewing by Zoom in a few days. It was delivered on time, was easy to set up and worked perfectly. It's great that I can print from my smartphone and computer by Wi-Fi.It also looks good, is lightweight and takes up about half the space of my last printer.

Overpriced
I bought this printer just a week ago from Amazon for 76.5 pounds, and I am disappointed to see that it is now available in John Lewis for just 39.5 pounds. Why would Amazon sell items at a price above their fair value? The box looked like it has been opened before, so I am pretty sure I received a previously returned item. The printer took literally a day to be set up. Although my PC was recognizing it, the papers were in queue and would not get printed. I eventually installed the HP doctor app which solved the issue. I still get an error message that does not affect me much, so I just ignore it. I am super busy to return the item, but I am unhappy for the reasons I mentioned.Other than that, the printer is pretty, light, small and prints good quality papers. So if you buy it in the right price, and you are lucky to set it up, then you can be happy with it.

Replacement printer
Needed a printer to replace one that no longer works with my IMac.This came really quickly within about three days of purchase. The ink that came with it was easy to insert. I had a quick print job to do, which used up all the black, so now waiting delivery of a replacement with the two months free trial, which was also easy to do. I haven’t set it up for my iMac as yet, but have set it up on both mine and my partners phones, which was very easy, just follow the instructions. The cost of ink will be good going forward as my old printer cost about £40 to feed every time it needed ink!
