This butcher block cart exceeded my expectations! Well made and easy to put together. It is the perfect size for my smaller kitchen

This is a beautiful solidly built butcher block. It is heavy and very well constructed. It is easy to put together with very few instructions needed. It is heavy so be ready for a workout when you unpack it. Well worth the money.

This butcher block island is just what I’d hoped for. I painted the legs to match my kitchen cabinets. Then I put it together-easy to do other than quite heavy. Initially, I tried it without castors but it was 3 inches too short so here it is with castors. It’s beautiful, practical, and useful.

Overall it's a very nice (very heavy) piece. There is, however, a significant crack in one of the side panels of the butcher block top that doesn't look like it came from shipping. I can glue and clamp it myself, just disappointed for the price. I also own shelves and tables from International Concepts and love them all. I know this item is fixable and will last a long time. Much too heavy and difficult to repackage and return for this issue.

Arrived fast and, considering the weight, shipping carton was in great condition.Easy to assemble and season/treat with butcher block mineral oil.We're not chefs, butchers, or cooks - from our novice point of view this is one solid and sturdy product. A small person could use it for shelter during an earthquake.We needed an island for food prep in our small kitchen so after mulling over all the choices we decided on a butcher block style one. Most were too big or narrow or out of our budget. But this one was comparatively inexpensive. Having an island this size on wheels makes it easy to walk around, rotated 360, or roll out of the way as needed.While you probably can't butcher something large it will work for pastry, pizza, or chopping up small game or vegetables. Which will save our countertops.Highly recommended.

love this! bought it for my husband and its made cooking in the kitchen so easy. Its very sturdy, but can also be easily pushed around the kitchen. Since its unfinished, make sure you oil the butcher block top to keep it in good condition

I looked at a lot of different islands on line. This one seemed to fit my needs best. It was easy to put together, but it is very heavy and you need 2 people to pick it up once the legs and shelf are on. The quality is top notch! The top is beautiful! Remember this piece comes unfinished. I painted the bottom white. It is very important to oil the top every 6 months to prevent cracking with a food safe product.

Everything about the butcher block is great, except one of the locking wheels gets hung up, making the table hard to move. Request a replacement wheel.
