Looks cute, but no smell or flavor
This product is cute packaging,is all. You pay for Hello Kitty logo and not for the product inside. My teenager was excited to get this as part of a gift and was disappointed to find out that it has no fragrance or flavor to it at all. So, 3 months later, it is still mixed up in her makeup bag with the other lipglosses and lip balms that she has, that never gets used.

I have three of these and the Rainbow Sherbet one smells so heavily of chemicals it's scary. The collectible case is cute though. Will remove what's in there and replace with my own balm. (The other ones aren't bad, just this particular one.)

Yummy
This stuff works good! Smells great, doesn’t leave a very sticky residue that results in breakouts around the lips, and if it accidentally gets into your mouth there’s none of that waxy toxic taste. Seems to be helping to heal my lips so it’s not just cute packaging. What I did not like was how you can push down on the top to close the macaron but it has a tendency to get stuck and hard to open, so just twist lightly to close.
