If you take this the correct way and aren't stuffed full of food when you ingest it, you will feel the effects of this incredible supplement. Shilajit contains 85 trace minerals including fulvic acid, which we all know is a great detoxifier and incredible for the skin. These are capped so you can easily swallow them, however i recommend breaking the cap in half and dumping the shilajit into about 3 ounces of R0-Water than has been re energized with quartz or any other stone. This way of ingesting seems to be much more effective. Over all this is an awesome product with an awesome amount of shamanic energy radiating through it.

The order shipped and arrived like it was suppose too. After a couple of days I started feeling an increase in energy level after using the product, it's working great for me.

Took this for about 3-4weeks. I did not notice any differences. And took as directed.Tried to return but made it difficult and had to go out of my way to return so I didn't bother. It wasn't the normal Amazon return. You have to go through the seller not Amazon.I would not recommend, personally. I'd try something else.
