I think my panel was an old return, as it was missing a lot of "stuff" that should have been in box -- the instruction manual and the clear rubber stripping for support inside the for U channel. I told this to their customer service and their answer was to "look it up online". Never once did anyone offer to send me the missing pieces!!! Sorry, but this is BS!! Glass panel looks VERY nice. However, form and function together in this design is mediocre, at best, and likely a minor to major catastrophe if someone is not a very capable DIY'er.The U channels both a need to be cut to size -- why not just send the exact lengths needed for what they are selling? (They evidently send out the exact same u channels for every size of door or panel ordered -- this is for their convenience, not the customer!) The result is a total guess related to how far the glass will compress into the U channel once it is filled with silicone caulk. My glass is about 1/4" "off" on each corner. Okay, but unfortunate. I guess we get what we pay for! Vendor expects U channels to hold entire weight by drilling walls and threshold, but doing so means that every traditional shower pan and threshold made with a PVC liner WILL FAIL EVERY TIME over the next few years. Or it means using a cheap plastic pan that will eventually fill with water and leak also -- this seems to be their preferred method. (HINT: EVERY shower I ever used in China while visiting there 32 times, 7 to 21 days at a time, over 20 years LEAKED, so might this be a new concept to this vendor?)Dreamline told me that deviating from their "official" installation instructions will void their warranty, but their warranty will not matter in a few years after a traditional shower pan leaks and rots out the subfloor, or worse -- this rot allows the glass panel to crash down and injure someone. Plus, the hardware they supply is worthless if the shower has a threshold made with a marble, brick, and PVC liner anyway, AND the screws supplied are also too short (and likely not stainless steel) if the buyer wants to drill deep into the wood behind the wall -- so SOME SORT of variation from their instructions is the only sensible way that this can work safely anyway. OR they need to clearly (and stupidly) say that this glass panel can't be used with a marble threshold... as this voids their rather worthless warranty.Dreamline needs to understand modern installation options other than drilling EVERY type of threshold! (Oddly, they also seem to encourage screwing into the tiled wall even if there is not solid wood behind it... the cheap plastic anchors supplied likely fail often also!) Clear 2-part epoxy (3,900 PSI, not counting the clear silicone caulk also used outside the floor U channel) is a great option for attaching natural marble to their metal U channel, but there are other options, too, like 3M VHB adhesive tapes. Plus, the entire Dreamline system also presumes that their wall-side U channel (with a plastic anchor provided for under tile) holds the complete torque/tension of the 100 pound glass by mostly friction anyway, so the bottom U channel is not doing much of the most stressful work other than merely supporting the stationary weight anyway. Why risk a guaranteed future water failure needlessly? I also elected to buy an upper support bracket from another Amazon vendor and this adds a LOT of extra support and eliminates 99% of the small remaining risk of breakage and movement anyway!Perhaps it's partially a language barrier, or maybe they merely think that orders edicted from Beijing are the ONLY way to do something? In the North American market people can think of more than 1 way to successfully skin this cat! ;)

This glass is gorgeous looks very high end

I was a little worried to try the install myself having never done anything like this before. Took my time and got help from my son to set it in. It looks amazing and works as designed! We love it

This is a very substantial piece of glass! It installs quickly and easily. A great look for our new bathroom.

Looks great. Very easy to instal, come with all hardware, but a two person job as glass weighs 100lbs.
