It's not secure and broke quickly
The length is good but it doesn't have that clip mechanism on the bit that you put into your device. So you have to put it in and leave it flat because it will just fall out. I only use it to charge my phone or to charge my controller when i'm not using it. If I use it while its charging the charger just falls out. If I could go back, I would have brought something else but at least it charges my controller & phone.Update October 2018This is now broken. I don't travel with this wire I leave it plugged in next to my bed or move it downstairs to charge my controller. Please tell me how it's stopped working. I'm not skipping rope or wrangling wild animals with this thing. Such a poor product. I've changed this from 2* to 1* review. Do not waste your money with this, use the length as a point of reference (the length is great) and but a different wire.

Does what its supposed to
Bought for my xbox controller. Reaches across the room. Comes with a handy cable tidy*edit* both cables broke after my kid got caught on it. Now my controller wont stay powered without me wiggling it about and holding it in that position. Not the sellers fault but can't say I'd purchase again

Looks nice but made cheaply
Awful quality 1 of them broke in 2 days, the current one I am using has lasted longer but its still dodgy (update the 2nd one broke too)

Good length for the house / car
Bought these to charge PlayStation controllers and also run two Kids amazon tablets. Great length (6 feet) means will plug into 12v usb adaptor in dashboard of the car and reach the kids with some slack / not hanging over gear stick.The cloth cover seems impossible to to get knotted up which is good!

Brilliant cables, durable great qualityWe previously had a two in one that split into two halfway up and were forever yanking it off each other so these have solved that problem!

Awful and dangerous
Bought 4 of these.Had them a week and only 1 now works..I noticed when was on it seemed warm.. felt it and it was boiling hot and actually burned me on the metal.Would not recommend at all

Not good for ps4
Was brilliant at first good quality cable but after a month the micro end seemed to lose its stiffness and no longer charges my ps4 controller without being held in place. Probably brilliant as a phone charger though or for something static

The cable is braided connectors are well constructed and sturdy size is as described. What more can I say, I got what I expected and paid for. Can’t fault it.
