Superb! My new favorite brand!
I have been hunting for a new ghee brand for a couple years. I used to buy the Shree Radhey brand, but it was always full of dirt and sand, so I've been trying new brands one after another for a long time now. Finally, I came across this Kelapo ghee. I was a bit confused at first because it seems Kelapo mostly makes coconut products. Rest assured, though, this is real ghee, not the weird "vegan ghee" stuff.Most ghee fanatics out there like "true" hardcore ghee flavor. I am not one of those people. I like a really mild ghee, and this is perfect. To me, most ghee has an overpowering, overcooked flavor that completely overwhelms and oppresses every dish I use it in. I don't like that most ghee makes every dish I make taste primarily of just ghee and nothing else. This Kelapo ghee isn't like that; it's super mild, and it doesn't completely conquer any dish I use it in. It adds healthy fat with a more conventional butter flavor. That said, if you ARE one of those people who rants all day on Amazon reviews about how this ghee and that ghee doesn't taste just like the stuff you had in India, then you probably won't like this one either.I also really like the small container it comes in. It's about the size of two sticks of butter next to each other. What's nice about it is that I don't have to deal with ghee all over my knuckles anymore like we all do when we're getting toward the bottom of the standard size ghee jars.Lastly, this ghee is very affordable. At the time of my writing this, it's within the bottom 3 least expensive ghees on Amazon (price per weight, the measurement that actually matters). I'm really hoping that everything about this product stays exactly as it is, because I really love it and will buy it forever as is.

Not what I expected
Very hard to spread/use at room temp. Arrived, having leaked over other items in box. They wrapped a non breakable item but left the Ghee unwrapped. Go figure. The taste is very flat as if it were old? Not sure I’d make this purchase again.

Good ghee spreads well. Needs better packaging.
Good butter flavor. Easy to spread. I like it on toast and pancakes. The container had a plastic seal strip but leaked anyway. Not that much leaked and most was sealed so I didn't complain.

Awful taste
I am not sure where the others are tasting a lovely butter flavor, but we thought this was terrible. We tried it as a popcorn butter, warmed it to a liquid, but it tastes and smells absolutely terrible. No butter smell or flavor at all, just a gross oil flavor and odor. I would not recommend this!

Price variation is amazing
This can double in price then then go back again. Otherwise it is a good product, never runny like some others.

It's great for cooking
It effectively keeps things from sticking without burning like normal butter can. I will use this more often now they I know it's advantages.
