Crabtree & Evelyn After Shaving Balm, West Indian Lime, 3.4 Fl Oz

This is the best post to shave aftershave balm I have found. All of the ingredients are high-quality. It sooths away all razor burn and irritation. Although a bit pricey it's worth it and smells great. In fact, it smells so good my wife told me I wasn't allowed to wear it to work because of other women. She'll get over it. It's not like she doesn't go out the door smelling awesome. . I paid full price for this product and have recently become disconcerted with Amazon reviews that are no longer reliable because of so many sellers giving away products for free in an attempt to inflate their product ratings by asking the recipients to only post positive reviews.

After trying many aftershaves from alcohol based to gels & balms, my search stops here. The balm is very soothing and goes on great. It is not greasy or oily. It leaves my skin soft and clean. The smell is pleasant, more lavender than sandalwood, but I can live with that. I recommend this for any wet shaver with sensitive skin.

This is hands down the best aftershave balm I've ever used. It's nice and rich and leaves my skin feeling great. The smell is earthy and spicy, but isn't terribly strong, and perfectly complements the Crabtree & Evelyn Moroccan Myrrh shave soap.This aftershave balm is the best around.

This is my favorite athershave balm, i tried more expensive brands but t keep coming back the C&E clean smell easy absorbing. Leaves my skin feeling smooth and not heavy.

This aftershave has a weak, almost nonexistent, mildly chemical smell. No lime scent at all. Total waste of money. You may as well splash water on your face. It's a lot cheaper and you'll avoid all the chemicals.

Very nice aftershave balm.Scent is excellent; lime with exotic spices. The scent expands as the balm is applied and expresses clean fresh notes as it fades.Very soothing with no residue. Leaves the skin feeling clean. Not heavy at all.It takes four pumps of cream for my whole beard area including the neck.I wish C&E would make an aftershave splash as well!Great stuff.

This stuff smells great, goes and nicely, feels great, and leaves a pretty natural feeling - not sticky like some balms. I have 3 flavors of crabtree and evelyn after shave balms and they're all fantastic.

I gave this product two stars because despite the fact that the scent is a little different and sort of a pleasant change, it literally disappears instantly. I have had better luck with other Crabtree & Evelyn after shaves in the past ("Nomad"), so this was a bit of a disappointment. I usually stay away from cologne and prefer a quick post shave dab of after shave on my cheeks and neck. The product seems to work as far as soothing my skin, but as I said, despite being a pleasant scent, it disappears instantly. I was willing to pay a little extra over the generic drugstore after shaves for the quality and scent, and this product does not deliver on the latter. It's unfortunate.
