Poor quality
Instead of plastic stick they can provide steel stick to remove puttu from puttu stand. Puttu stand lid is very tight to remove after cooking in hot steam.Boiling cooker also have complaint of removing lid and it's very hot carry or move from one burner to another burner.

The base boiler pot leaks; Feel like I've wasted my money on this.

Good quality.
Cleaning is not as easy as the normal puttu kutty as its base is of cooker top types. But can do it with ease with a bottle cleaner. I find very useful as it goes along with the pressure cooker.

I like product. working ok. But push stick for puttu is too short. It must have 2" more length. For this I am not returning. But manufacturer must understand.

Leakage on side joints
Quality of material is good.but found leaking at the sidewall joint . Recommended to send products after a quality inspection.
