The material used is of high quality. It is pretty big and can accommodate bigger keyboards with ease. I bought it for my Casio MZX 500 which is on the bigger side. This cover fits my Yamaha PSR S-970 keyboard. The bag looks ok, little more cushioning would have been better but this will suit the purpose of carrying the instrument from one place to another. Price is very reasonable compared to similar bags being sold by others. I reduced one star because the delivery boy did not call me but left it with a neighbour. Thanks Amazon.

Pros: Fits perfect, Not bad ... looks ok Cons: (1) out of two zippers in the main frame ... one is directed in the wrong direction ... so its faulty (only one side opening will work for ever. (2) In the front bag, inside you can see a re-used polythene as a packing ... bad workmanship. (3) Poor finishing.

The padding is more than adequate! The PSR 970 fits perfectly.The front pouch needs to be a bit longer to accommodate the notes' stand. The day before took the keyboard for a performance.Whilst using the bag in a backpack mode, the zipper gave way and the instrument fell flat on to the road.It was a rude shock.Have to think of some other way of reinforcement!!
