My boyfriend wanted it for his birthday and so I ordered it and it is exactly what he wanted. It is extremely sturdy and has amazing quality, it fits in its sheath good and looks very realistic. The sheath even has hooks on it so you can hang it and display it. the paintined details are amazing and make it look even more realistic. Does not seem to break so sturdiness is a 10 out of 10, I should know this because my partner likes to hit water melons and other fruits with it outside when with his friends or when hes bored. Perfect for a larping costume or a cosplay or even using it as a decoration. The blade is made out of metal however it is extremely dull and will not hurt you unless you get poked by the point part at the end. That part is sharp and pointy. The blade is also very tall and long and has some weight to it when holding it but not to much to make it heavy. I recommend buying it, it is worth the price 100%.

I liked this sword and carried it to ren faire on my belt. It fell apart the second time carrying it and there’s no way to re-assemble it. Wish I could get a replacement

It's super light, the handle is great, very easy to wield. The blades are not sharp, but the tip is. More of a hobbyist sword than anything you'd want for self defense, but you get what you pay for.

Decent construction, but its a Civil War US Cavalry sword with molded symbols, not appropriate for a reniassance festival.

I bought this for a play my son is in. It's smaller than i thought. And the handle is really loose, it takes literally. Can't find a way to tighten it. I don't recommend.

It's stainless steel but the handle and how the blade holds together is horrible it's not set correctly in the handle so it wobbles. The handle is not set right at all it's falling apart. Plus The sword is blunt I don't have anyone near me that has a wheatstone or can sharpen it. The art decor on the scarbard with the rings the screws are loose as well. It's comes as it looks but the quality is again terrible. I've bought tons of swords from Amazon that were sharp and of better quality than this. If you want to by an actual raiper look elsewhere. This one could have been good if they made the scabbard and handle correctly. Your better getting something better for the same price elsewhere.
