Must buy
Good quality hardware & heavy plastic. Beautiful to look at. Adds aesthetic to the hall. Time is clearly visible from any angle and distance.

It stopped working in a few months. Customer care service not helping
Even if it looks good it stopped working in a few months. It has a warranty period of 12 months. So I called the customer care number. They told me to contact the seller. When I called seller he said that you have to call Amazon customer care. This went on for 10 to 15 days. Customer care person told me to get a deny letter from Solimo brand which they refused to give. There's no service centre available. I have wasted my 35 days and lot of time in doing this. Every time they ask for something like email from seller, invoice, then pay slip. But after providing all these things also my issue is not yet resolved. They keep me on hold for more than half an hour every time. I searched on internet about the Amazon brands including Solimo which tells that the products of these brands are China made. So you can not get any warranty. So better stay away from these brands.

Clock looks good but not in working condition.I inserted new cell but it's not working.Need a exchange.
