I love making milk tea with this! It’s really calming and delicious. I combine it with chamomile for extra relaxation.

These taste ok. They taste a bit like chocolate and cinnamon. As far as their effectiveness at relaxation, they truly don’t seem to do much honestly. They are also very small packets. You add them to 4oz of water so it makes a super tiny half cup of cocoa. I probably won’t repurchase.

These are so great to unwind with in the evening. Barely any sugar, but has a rich chocolate taste and no mushroom flavor. Blends easily in hot water.

I am so in love with this. It's calming and warm and tasty. It really helps me sleep. I put a little almond milk in it - and tonight I'm trying some CBD drops in there too (as I read on a couple reviews).I have a hard time falling asleep and this makes me relaxed and ready to lay in bed and fall asleep. It feels earthy, healthy, and nostalgic.

I was disappointed. The teeny tiny packet was the size of a small post it note. It made a watered down, tasteless drink. Maybe I had too high expectation. I will have to add two packets for it to taste like a cup of cacao or should just stick to #CrioBrew !. For the price...a total waste of money.
