Not my fist purchase of this supplement, like it a lot

I have been using this for approximately 3 weeks. I thought I would try it for hair loss. It’s too soon to see if it works for hair but I have noticed my skin looks more smooth and hydrated. I will keep using this to see if there is a difference in my hair.

Your skin will thank you. Hair as well. Nails not so much but that could be me. Results take time but absolutely worth it.

I am seeing an improvement in the strength and overall appearance of my nails, and I think it has definitely helped stop hair loss. Not sure about hair growth yet, but I will be repurchasing it because any new hair growth will probably take a while longer to be noticed. The pills are very large. They are not the smooth capsule, so it makes it hard to swallow.

I chose this double strength silica supplement to improve skin, hair and joints. Going well so far. Quality product, delivered on time, great customer service.
