Solid thing.you get what's written+more
This knee cap support is actually very good though it looks cheap and thin in pic.the composite materials are thick with perfect elasticity & can be compared to a padded one.with it's support you can do any heavy exercise that needs knee contact.you could jog,walk more easily+effectively with this one coz it decreases the venous return from 2 legs(fixes heart rate) & by fixating the big muscles of thighs & legs decreases leg muscle fatigue.& obviously it will prevent fall on knee injury at some extent.i used various knee support for exercise but didn't expect such a product in this price range.

Received wrong size...
The quality of Strauss Knee support is very GOOD. But its better to confirm the SIZE ordered by customer before packing wrong item.

Perfect fit, proper support, value for money!
I bought these knee caps after my first 10K run, one of the regular marathoner suggested it. Bought two sets of knee caps of different brands and fit and this one is very very superior yet very light on pocket.1) Fit - perfect fit, not too tight and not too loose2) Comfortable and supports your knees as you run those KMs3) Very light on pocketHope you find this review useful!

Size issue
Large size is too loose and medium size is tight. Hopefully with regular use it will fit.

Good quality knee pads
Happy with these knee pads. I have been using them for over 2 years. I needed a hole on the knee, I just bought this one and cut a hole with scissors, works fine for me.

knee cap got loose second day. Never Buy this.
First day it was tight enought. Second day it became loose and third day more loose. Almost falling from knee. Worst product ever. Dont trust this company. Cheating on amazon deliberately.

Uncomfortable to use
Its mentioned as free size in the listing but is actually size M. It's a bit too tight and uncomfortable to use. Provides support, material is good and has stretched a bit but is still very uncomfortable to workout in these. I don't think I'll be using these much. I'm 163cm/60
