Hi Kosmo Team, I have bought this air mattress for my mother who is in Coma. Within less than 20 days now the machine doesn't blow air properly as intended. Only one tube is getting filled and other tube from the machine is not blowing any air at all. You can imagine what my mother is now Going through such a faulty mattress. Kindly help fix the machine as soon as a possible. Please.. take this seriously as we are spent so much for a Coma patient.

Initially it was very good, getting fully inflated at mid of the setting knob. But, after six months it's leaking from somewhere and not performing well. Any service centre is also not recommended.

Mattress has multiple leakage, and the part where the two sides of a tube is joined together, in that area, direct big gaps in there. Very disappointed really.. my mother needs a very good your mattress as she is very sick and completely paralyzed, I was hoping this will we are good product for her and give her relief but it just all disappointment nothing else. In fact you don't even provide for an exchange option.

I was using a Arjo Huntleigh Nimbus earlier to this which was on rental and expensive, compared to it this is average and serves the purpose. However the compression does not hold and goes down when the patient is seated on the mattress. If you need a mattress for a short while, you may consider Arjo if it is for a longer duration this is a good buy.

The comfort level is very poor. Highly slippery for slight reclination. It was very difficult to use for a month. Waste of money. I learned that online buying of this kind of product ( high cost + non returnable + comfort component) is total waste of money.

Used after post op of the daughter, working well.

Ordered the product for my mother who is bed ridden. Looks sturdy and definitely better than MM1 and MM2. Unlike MM1 and MM2, in case of a puncture in MM3 individual cells can be replaced instead of complete mattress. Also received 1 replaceable Air Cell Tube.
