Have connected two windows pc using this KVM. I would say that it is a very good product and does what it is supposed to do.ProsVideo quality is good. It is not compromised. For folks with higher resolution, it may not work. But I feel that the resolution provided by KVM is good enough for most folksSwitching time is about 2 3 seconds, but it is something one can easily live with.Wires and connectors are of good quality.The switching switch works well and does its job promptlyConsGot a product with older manufacturing date. Works perfectly now switching between two device is very easy
I have two laptop with one monitor and one Bluetooth keyboard mouse switch was pain before.Now after this kvm its working perfectly.this device does the work for which I purchased switching is fast yes one of the usb input stop working but after few months its start working again don't know how .in this price i think its superb with great build quality and as it already has usb and vga cable you don't need to spend extra money for cable

while I was placing this order I had a doubt if this Switch would work, but having it used for more than a week I am very happy.only issue is a lag of 2-3 seconds , which is absolutely fine for me.Display clarity is just superb.I have connected this device to Apple( Mac OS) and to Dell laptop( Windows 7 ). saved lot of money and effort is very less to switch between two systems, just press the button....

Good KVM switch
This is a good quality product from ATEN. I ordered this product with lot of queries in my mind, but after installing teh product, my worries are vanished.I connected Two laptops to one monitor + one keyboard and mouse set (wifi with single dongle) successfully. Using one switch, you can switch between two laptops/desktops. I have observed 2-3 secs lag for the monitor, but there is no lag for keyboard or mouse. so far everything is good.On the -ve side,a. over all product quality is great except for the switch cable. that looks very thin and may damage easily.b. fixed cables - all input and output cables are fixed and not removable.c. it comes with fixed VGA cables and latest laptops has hdmi ports. so you need to purchase HDMI to VGA converter separately.d. I observed that my laptops are not waking up after sleep mode and initial assume was it was due to laptop issue, but later realized that it is due to KVM switch. you need to remove hdmi/vgi cable whenever you observe this issue.

Good Quality Product, Highly Recommended!
It's been more than a month while I'm using it.No issue so far.Not too fast but yes still we can say Quick switch between two servers.I've bees using this daily for both of my servers and I spend daily more than 10 hours a day.So I have very heavy use of it and this device delivers great response.Again Highly Recommended!

Length to split the cables are fixed.
By considering personal User experience I would rate it 3, as you see in the image that the length of the USBs is locked, and it cannot be useful for laptop that have 1 USB ports on both sides (where u may need to use Hub to connect 2 USBs). But it serves the purpose.
