The Ab wheel
I often buy a lot of fitness gadgets on various websites but most of the times I am not really satisfied with the quality or have other issues with the product and never use them much. This ab wheel is a bit different. It was very easy to assemble and the instructions were easy to follow. I feel this product works my body in the right places especially my ab muscles, shoulders, arms and legs. I watched a few videos on youtube to help me get started and now i love it. I would recommend this ab wheel when compared to the various others options as personally I feel it is of good quality, easy to use and is worth your money.

Quality of the product
Product quality is not good as it works on spring which is of very low quality as it didn't even work for 1 full month on weekly 3 uses.Not recommended!

Not worth buying for proper gym. Can be used as kids toy though.
Low quality product. Plastic parts are of low quality and broke easily. No bearings for proper movement. The wheels stuck on rod. Also the steel handles are rusted.
