Fat calipers don't vary much in quality... they are just flexible plastic objects with numbers on the side. But this one came with tape measure with cool locking mechanism to measure your biceps or thighs or whatever else. Have used this for a year now and it is still consistent.As with any fat testing device, the RELATIVE changes in your fat is what you need to keep looking at... no fat testing device will accurately measure fat percentage. I like to say that at good price i am able to check the right percentage of bodyfat by this fat analog.The thing what i dislike is that it's not easy to use, I have to put so much force on cliper to click. During this process i get so much pain.I love the knowledgeable, interesting and book of honesty with just 20 pages. Short and useful.FitnessforGeneration

Go for online body fat calculator they are not so bad,there is no need to buy this if you are fat,you won't able to use it, people with lower body fat can easily use it.there is nothing wrong with the product though.

Its very usefull for my transformation journey. But Tape is only 4.5 ft long i was expecting at least 7 ft to check the Height.

Not sure about accuracy. Pressure indicator not perfect

Quality of caliper & measurements is cheap compared to what we paid.but no other choice then this.
