Poor Quality
I purchased the Salter Mechanical Stainless Steel timer in September, 2020. The ringer wasn't as loud as I would have wanted, but I liked the style of the timer. It matched all my stainless steel appliances. Unfortunately, the ringer didn't last for more than 7 months. The timer is definitely not worth the money spent. It cost $13.18 and shipping was $12.87 Amazon UK. Don't waste your money on this product. It's all looks and no substance!

Works great hut a little bigger than I thougt
It works like a charm and is loud enough. Somehow I expected it to be a little smaller, but that is not a negative as such

Strong and easy to set. Would be better still if pointer in dial was white.

Some people don't set the timer correctly.
Perfect, just what I wanted. The ticking and bell are just right and the time is almost spot on. Always remember to fully wind the timer and turn the dial back to the time required to set the correct time.

Overall excellent
It will not set for more than one hour. This is OK if you are able to re-set it. It was claimed to be very loud. This is not rue, and may not be noticed by someone in another room. The volume should be described as average.

Like this very much. Easy to use and the ring is very loud which enables me to hear it from another room.
