I never measure. A little goes a long way. Can actually put on tip of finger and go along the gums. Can even put on the tongue which really allows you to cover top and bottom. Again small amount is all you need

It will help a little l have planus but l started using paradontax l found it to be more helpful

Q: I have some moulded to my teeth mouth trays can this be used inside the trays?

This product is for the health and repair of the soft tissues in your mouth and gums. It will not harm your teeth but you would want to apply it around the inside of your mouth and gum area and not in your mouth trays where it will be of little benefit.
