Great hand cutter
The media could not be loaded. I’ve been an installer for 30+ years. I’m getting out of the business but needed a Large Format Tile cutter for a few last jobs and didn’t want to buy or rent a name brand cutter after looking at the prices $1,000.00 avg.Cutters that will cut 48” ceramic tile;*** CO-Z $145.99Sigma $1,100.00,Rubi $989.00So this is a knock off of some name brand cutters that does everything you need for a fraction of the cost. If you got money to blow than just skip this one and go to the others $1k cutters.Once lined up in the marks it does excellent cutting. Nice straight cuts, really sharp blade. Fact I had to cut a corrugated tile and I thought for sure it was going to have to saw cut all of them. But just for the heck of it I gave it a shot not expecting any good results. To my surprise it cut all the corrugated tile perfectly (I added the video) it cut 1” pieces off a 18”x 48” tile. Can’t ask for more.Once you adjust the lazar; which is very simple it’s a breeze to line up cuts. The only con is the head of the cutter is narrow, making it a bit difficult to bump the tile up to it to square the cut. BUT the LAZAR works great so it’s not that big a deal. Some improvements that could be made are raising the edge that the tile bumps against. It’s rather low and the edge of the tile can slip over it. A wider selection at the top to help the side to side movement. The angle and 90* gauges that come with it are pretty lame; I didn’t even try using them.If you’re handy you can add an angle bar to widen the head very easy.Over all a great cutter; all you complaining about little issues go spend $1k and you’ll be happy.

ZELCAN TILE CUTTER
The media could not be loaded. CORTA MUY BIEN SOLO QUE LA GUIA QUE TRAE SE MUEVE MUCHO .PERO POR EL PRECIO ESTA PERFECTASOLO TIENES QUE MARCAR EL TILE DE PUNTO A PUNTO Y ASEGURAR QUE EL DIAMANTE ESTE EN LAS MARCAS DE PUNTO A PUNTO.CUT VERY WELL ONLY THAT THE GUIDE IT BRINGS MOVES A LOT. BUT FOR THE PRICE IT IS PERFECTJUST MARK THE TILE FROM POINT TO POINT AND ENSURE THAT THE DIAMOND IS IN THE POINT-TO-POINT MARKINGS.

Works awesome for my purposes!
Using this tile cutter to do window sills in my home. Cutting 40” floor tile to sill width. Narrow cuts didn’t always break the length of the tile, but I expected that and utilized a tile saw to complete the cut. I had bought extra tiles in case I screwed something up, but didn’t need them. I did practice on some scrap tile first and watched some YouTube videos, but overall easy to use out of the box

Garbage
Way to flexible to cut big tile. This is pretty thin tile for 24x48. The overall build quality is poor but you get what you pay for.The top slider bars are way too weak for long tile and it does not allow for deep enough scoring of the tile.Even pushing down and using body weight doesn't help.Don't waste your money

cuts glass too
very easy to use. ppl said it won't cut glass or it needs a different cutting wheel for glass.... but i cut multiple (large) sheets of glass for a curio cabinet with no issue. took a couple tries to get the pressure right, &learned if i place a price of cardboard under it,it helps ALOT. because this is obv a tile cutter(tiles thicker than glass).BUT it CAN just be used for glass also. tips for cutting glass- add alil pressure(don't PUSH DOWN tho) & slide it fairly quickly. if you go slow... it won't make a clean cut. the laser reflects off the glass alil if glass is large but.. line is there. just measure&mark it first. saved a ton! bought sheets of glass from lowes, bought this&still saved $

It cuts but not straight
It works and cuts large tile. I had 24x48 tiles. BUt doesn't cut straight and there no adjusting it. Maybe this was just bad build. I returned with no issues.
