My Salmon arrived today. The dry ice packets had not only melted but were quite warm to the touch. The packages of Salmon were also pretty warm to the touch. At this point I'm not sure if I would ever order again. In fact. I left a message with company because I'm not sure it's even safe to eat.Update: Talked with the company. Very helpful. Orders are timed for the dry ice to melt just before it arrives because of the dangers inherent to handling dry ice without proper hand protection. I'll give my final rating when my wife comes home on Sunday and we get to taste it.Final review. We took the plunge and actually tasted the fish. Impressive. Very impressive. Honestly, I was searching for smoked salmon more suitable for making sushi. This fish is definitely not it as it too oily and very soft. That said, I would order it again as it would be great with some cream cheese on crackers or such. All in all a great value with excellent taste.

What a fantastic product. The salmon was shipped in a foam container. inside the container the salmon was wrapped and coverd with multiple cooling gel packes. needless to say it was fresh. After removing the vacum sealed tray, I sliced through the tail section for a thick cut. my wife and I were pleasantly delighted with the texture and taste. In our humble opinion every smocked salmon we have ever tried stands secound to this particular product.

Well packaged with ice, special container, excellent quality, color and taste, fillets are huge size, received 3, very professional overall experience.

We absolutely loved eating this locks with my family it tasted fresh and delicious. I love freshly sliced lox however it is not always easy to find. It arrived the very next day fresh with cold packs and a complementary 8 ounce package of pre-sliced lox.

Awesome! Absolutely fantastic! We had some friends come over for an afternoon of Salmon, cheese and crackers with wine. The salmon was the main event of the day, and the reason for the event. This salmon was a hit.

Good product, real lox! I ordered it two times in a past and planing to place new order today. I'm in NY state and it will come in 3-4 days after placing order, very well insulated box with dry ice inside the box. Very satisfied. Price is also getting even better if you buy more.

Wrong picture right description seller should refrain from( posting a product picture which contradicts the product description.) The product is first class, seller even included two small gift samples which were excellent, I should have ordered these pre sliced products instead. I thought I was buying pre-sliced product I was wrong. Now I am faced with trying to slice 2 huge fillets .

Good fish , lightly salted. Very tasty.
