Q: I can't find anything online about deli & co. i want to do some research to see if this is legit before i get it.can anyone provide a link about them?

Hi Chris, We are a Brazilian brand that started business through crowdfunding 6 years ago. We recently began our export operations to US fullfilled by Amazon. All of our cast iron products are carefully design, manufactured with precision casting and controlled alloy. Our utensils are seasoned with canola oil and nothing else. Q: product description indicates 450 is maximum temperature but we bake sourdough in 500 degree oven; so is this not suitable? thank you.

This can handle temperature higher than your oven can create . (can handle larger height and circumference than the challenger AND weighs 25% less)

Q: what the company oil is used for this?

Hi! The Baking pan is pre seasoned with canola oil. Before shipping we coat each piece with a mix of beeswax and canola oil for extra protection.
