1. Not all Type-C ports can support signals. Please check the Type-C port of your devices is full-function.

Flashing or continuously restarting is usually caused by not enough power supply. Please plug in the wall charger to the Type-C port of the monitor for enough power supply (5V/2A or above).

Q: Does my iPhone/iPad work with the Lepow monitor by the Apple charging cable?

No, it doesn't work. If you want to connect the monitor to your iPhone/iPad, you need a lightning to HDMI adapter.

Q: I have charged my Lepow monitor for several hours. Why does it fail to turn on?

The Lepow monitor does not have a built-in battery. Before connecting the monitor, please make sure it has enough power (5V/2A or above) coming in firstly.

Q: Can lost or damaged accessories be replaced?
