Q: Do you need a uv/led light to cure it？

For the powder itself - no! But you will need the light for the -no wipe top coat gel polish your putting under and over the chrome powder.

Q: How do you get the bubble effect?

After applying your top coat to the chrome layer, completely cover the nail in soap foam and set under the UV light. Bubbles will dry and flatten to give the effect.

Q: how do I order top and base coat for this brand?

I like Virgo and gem no wipe gel top coat!

Q: If I loose the tip applicator, will a q-tip work as well?

I wouldn’t use a Q-tip because of the cotton hairs that get caught in the powder and the end result will not look flawless - your better off rubbing it on with your finger- or using the nail tool that has a rubber tip to push back your cuticles - just avoid using anything that has hair fibers.
