Vivotek MS9390-Hv Multi-Sensor 8MP Dome Network 180 Degrees Panoramic Camera

I bought one from your campany's Amazon store, I found it does't work since first test, however. My camera work status is consisting of the 53v/0.3a 100M/1G RJ45 PoE Power Injector, 32G HC sdcard, win7 64bit, IE11 32bit, VLC player 3.0 and ONVIF manager, and of course the camera settings is default. but the consequence is that I can access the camera's administration page, but there is no any video/image while living stream except got a message : 'connection failed', It is just 'connection failed' whatever I try to refresh the page, change the stream channel. So, what did I do ? Is that broken ? is that a forgery ? someone help me, please!

This is a very good camera. It has a very sharp detailed image at all various light levels. Just get used to a very very slight barely noticeable overlap line of the two cameras at the center of the frame with the picture being a bit shortened in the middle at very close range (for a multi module type panoramic camera this is to be expected). I like this camera so much that I have now bought 3 of them and I am changing out most of my older home surveillance domed cameras with this model as it does the job of 2 with the 180 degree view. Don't be afraid to go into the settings menu using your internet explorer browser (the brightness, contrast, sharpness and color saturation settings) to tweak it up from the factory settings to get an even sharper, detailed more vivid contrasted image. These settings will make it really come alive and shine! It has many other settings that can be tweaked such as the white balance/exposure time and gain, but the default factory settings on those are pretty good as is right out of the box. The WDR Pro is OK, but I prefer to leave it switched off for the deeper contrast for my needs. I recommend this camera! Pricey but well worth it in my opinion. The H 265 format uses much less bandwidth/resources on your network and recorder.

This camera was very easy to install and I was impressed with how Vivotek includes a mini silica gel pack sealed well to be opened and placed in the housing upon install to keep the lenses from fogging up. The housing is completely watertight sealed when properly installed.Resolution and image quality are excellent and on par with the high end Arecont Vision cameras that I have on the same system.My Arecont Vision Contera NVR has no issues dealing with this camera and it’s settings.At night the IR LEDs are plenty sufficient to light up the area and produce great video.
