Worst customer service ever!
This machine worked really well until the hose became stiff and broke. There is no way to buy a replacement!! The machine is now totally useless and Hoover will NOT help you.

No Replacement hose if damaged
Warning...I loved this machine, it removed pet stains and smells.... and thenThe hose accidentally got stepped on... end of story!No possible way to repair!! No replacement hose available to purchase . !!!
