Disappointing
I have been hesitant to write this negative review about one of my favorite products…Pringles. I was astonished and SO disappointed with my first time order of their Original Lightly Salted chips. I was so confident in Pringles, I ordered the 3-pack. This is what I received with all 3 cans:(1) Inside the can…Instead of the layers of chips reaching the top of the can (as per usual), they were about a quarter from the top…allowing a lot of movement within the can and overcharging us customers on number os chips(2) Also, Pringles has managed to shave off a tiny bit of its texture…making it too fragile to withstand any shaking of the can without breakage…nor using the chip for dipping without crumbling.(3) In deleting that tiny bit of texture, the “low sodium” chip tastes more salty.Two major reasons for my paying up for Pringles - perfectly formed chips (great looking as a serving at a party) and great taste!Sadly, apparently Pringles is now among the growing number of companies devoted to greed rather than customer satisfaction.Until/unless I receive an apology & a promise from Pringles to address this problem, I will not buy another Lightly Salted Pringle.Meanwhile, I’ll order ONE can of the Original Pringles from Walmart or Publix to find out if Pringles has extended their greed to their original product.Don’t think for one minute, Amazon, that I’m letting you off the hook. It’s your job to provide product to customers…but when negative reviews start stacking up, shouldn’t you have a chit/chat with YOUR customer?
