The media could not be loaded.  We had kids from the age of 5 to 17 on this tube and they all had the best time. Durable, good quality, and mostly importantly fun!

So, I purchased this on July 6, 2019....prob didn’t arrive and get inflated and used for a cpl weeks so essentially mid-July. We used it on a few weekends and by the end of August, we were done (short season in the Adirondacks in upstate NY). I had one of the kids deflate it and we stored it in a heated garage over the winter.I pulled it out on July 5 and noticed that 3 of the 6 handles had started to tear (with LESS than 2 months use). I pulled my receipt and saw that the warranty was for 1 year and the website said specifically no exceptions. So, I filled out the online warranty and then sent a separate email, as directed, with pictures of the defects and the build tag along with a copy of the receipt. Guess what? Airhead denied the warranty claim, saying this was normal wear and tear. Really? 2 months and an integral part of the product fails, being used as intended, and Airhead calls this normal! I asked that they reconsider and never received a response. So, in my opinion, I would NEVER BUY AN AIRHEAD (or SportsStuff as they are sane company) AGAIN!!! They just do not stand by their products. I called another manufacturer in my search for a replacement as I needed to know how a situation such as this would be handled . They national sales manger talked with me for 15 mins ( he used to work for Airhead 10 years ago) and said that their warranty absolutely covers handles that tear. I won’t tell you the name of the company because you’ll think that I work for them or a competitor but I can tell you it’s not XGEAR (although I’ve never purchased their products I have no idea what quality they are). ALL I know is that I can not support a company that refuses to honor its own warranty. DONT SUPPORT COMPANIES THAT WILL NOT SUPPORT YOU!

Too much spray from the tube as is, needed to add a rope ball in order to enjoy the ride. Once the ball to hold the rope out of the water was added, it is a wonderful ride, very easy to ride and you can also change the direction by leaning on the edge of the tube. Lots of fun.

Worked great on our first lake day. Held two adult sized "kids" no problem. Has inner tube and outer "graphic" shell. Soft black part comfortable for laying on. Came with nice "quick release" rope thingy. The "wings" on the side help when going back and forth over the boat wake. Very happy, would buy again.

This tube is fun! Very sturdy and great quality. Just make sure the tow line connected to the boat is up a little high as where the tow rope connects on tube is close to the water and will throw water in your face. It’s a perfect tube if you don’t mind water in your face or if you wear goggles

Exactly what I expected in the product and very lightweight as well.

I have four kids and live on the waterfront, we’ve been through quite a number of tubes, and this is our second one of this type, it’s the safest and most fun. I use the word safe loosely, and you still have to operate the boat with common sense, but This tube is great because of the arched edges and the sheer size of it. The handles are sturdy and well-made. The whole thing is high-quality, but just don’t leave it out in the sun all summer or it will inevitably we can and rip. I think it took about three summers of being out in the sun before it finally ripped so now we have a new one and are taking better care of it.

What a fun tube for 1, 2, or even 3 people. The tube is a little wild so definitely not recommended for younger kids or ones that are afraid to fall in the water (of course the boat driver can go slower to prevent this as well). However, our kids and my husband absolutely loved this tube. We have a 4 seater as well but they all loved this one to swing across the water on. It doesn't flip that easily but it's certainly more unstable than say a seated tube. Easy to fill up and remove air as well. We've used it for our entire 4 day weekend and it was a riot.

First time we used it. We blew it up by the time we got to the lake it was flat. The tube itself had 3 slits in it.Most likely manufactured as the cover did not have the slits.Contacted airhead their customer service was excellent and they are replacing the tub.

Make sure when starting out you really pull up or the tube submerges under the water. This tube was great for the kids, the side wing made it easy for them to not fly off the sides.
