The radio's unique feature is the graphic display and the ability to show more MP3 information than other radios. But that display has become the biggest frustration as the plain glass surface acts like a mirror. In sunlight it is hard to see anything on that unit. To make matters worse, many simple steps require the use of the dial and you have to look at that display even a task from switching from station "2" to "5".Sadly design trumped functionality -- if you can place it away from bright lights & avoid reflections, it might be a good choice

It would be really nice if the screen worked. Got it because I have 3 10s behind the seats of my Ford ranger in a custom box and brand new dash speakers. It looked really nice and had good reviews so I bought it and waited a week for it to come in. Hooked it up just right and turned my truck on and it started playing a radio station but the screen didn't come on. I cut all the wiring and took the three power chords directly to my battery under my hood and all the buttons lit up except for the screen. They need to make sure everything works because I don't have the time to UPS it back to the company because I live way out in the country. Basically a waste of time and money.

pros: very very loud in my 1997 chevy w/t so much power it's about to blow my factory speakers out and its very well built haven't had any trouble with it cons: super bright screen can't drive with it on early in the morning or late at night because it blinds me
